PowerCMS2 adding stray "1" when inserting data?

I am using the latest version of PowerCMS2 on a site - when I insert a content area in the site - the content appears, but in this case a "1" precedes the content. This isn't in any of my code, so I am not sure where it is coming from? Will post in private message link, but it is in both the content area (above the heading text) and the meta-title, and at the top of the website (meta-description/keywords).

Many thanks for any help!

On your page you have:

php:
<?php echo(require_once("/home/everlandministry/public_html/WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php")); ?>

it should just be:

php:
<?php require_once("/home/everlandministry/public_html/WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php"); ?>

Thanks so much - will remove the stray "echo", though it does appear in the developer's notes. Is there a way to remove that?
