Filter criteria lost after navigating from Page 1

Filter criteria lost after navigating from Page 1

I have a search page with a form at the top showing the criteria for the search. When search is performed the table below populates properly showing the first 20 results and then the navigation bar below to reach further pages of results. The problem is that when navigating to the second page the results show all records, not the filter records.

For example, if I wanted to see all companies named ABC, then page 1 will show that. If I nav to page 2, I will see all companies.

I'd need to see a url and a copy of the page to debug why this happens.

I'd need ftp access to debug this. I don't see the issue in the code. It is supposed to save the search criteria in the session and maintain it through the navigation automatically. If that doesn't work, it is possible that session storage isn't working on your site in general. That would be the first thing I would test. Can I get FTP access?

That FTP information seems to take me to an empty folder. Please test to make sure it was configured properly.

I'm still seeing an empty folder when I log in. What is the url to the page I'm supposed to be looking at? I can't find that either.
