While Executing applyServerBehavior in MySQLiExecuteQuery.htm, a javascript error occured

All of a sudden, I am getting this error. I never had this problem before. when using Execute Query.
Any ideas?
I am currently using this on Dreamweaver 2014.1 but this is happening with all versions.
Thanks!

Try clearing your winfilecache.dat file.... also try it on a blank page. It is possible the page it is on is causing the problem.

If it is the page, then I might be able to find the problem if you send me a copy of the page you are using.

Ray.
I was trying it on a blank page. What is weird, and I am not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I added an MySQLi Insert record to the blank page and then tried adding the MySQLi ExecuteQuery and it worked no problem. But trying to add the Execute to a blank page it would throw that error. It seems that it needs something else on the page first.

But the result is, I can't add to a blank page. I guess that is why I never ran into this issue before.
<?php require_once('Connections/website.php'); ?>
<?php require_once('webassist/mysqli/queryobj.php'); ?>
<?php
if (true) {
$ExecuteQuery = new WA_MySQLi_Query($website);
$ExecuteQuery->Statement = "TRUNCATE TABLE $table";
$ExecuteQuery->execute();
$ExecuteGoTo = "";
if (function_exists("rel2abs")) $ExecuteGoTo = $ExecuteGoTo?rel2abs($ExecuteGoTo,dirname(__FILE__)):"";
$ExecuteQuery->redirect($ExecuteGoTo);
}
?>
<?php
if (true) {
$InsertQuery = new WA_MySQLi_Query($website);
$InsertQuery->Action = "insert";
$InsertQuery->Table = "sites";
$InsertQuery->bindColumn("website_name", "s", "test", "WA_DEFAULT");
$InsertQuery->saveInSession("");
$InsertQuery->execute();
$InsertGoTo = "";
if (function_exists("rel2abs")) $InsertGoTo = $InsertGoTo?rel2abs($InsertGoTo,dirname(__FILE__)):"";
$InsertQuery->redirect($InsertGoTo);
}
?>

I think this issue was fixed in a previous build. I can't reproduce it. Please try reinstalling the extension and see if that resolves this problem.

I tried that, it didn't resolve the issue. But now that I know a work around. Not a big deal.
Just wanted to bring it to your attention
