New customer cannot be created

Hi Community,

I'm new in Databridge application and recently I perform an installation with failover database and my issue is when I tried to create a new customer item, system sends the message "The item could not be saved because it was update by another user. Do you want to lose your changes and refresh the item from database?".

I selected yes to proceed and no data is saved, I already tested the connection for database, failover database and ODBC and it worked correctly, additionally I'm available to create in data setup a new material and truck ID.

Anyone has faced this problem?
I really appreciate your help, I been stuck in this issue for 3 days and we are next to a go-live.

Thank you in advance
Jacob
