Transaction could not be completed

We are getting a transaction could not be completed error. I have applied the Full Response snippet to get the error details and this is what it comes back with.

<div class="eC_Simple_Slate_Verdana" >
<h2>Transaction Not Completed</h2>
<h3 class="eC_InfoHeader" >We're sorry</h3>
<div class="eC_InfoContainer" >
<p class="eC_OrderInfo">Your transaction could not be completed.<br />

And below is the full response error i receive.

<b>Fatal error</b>: Call to undefined function authnet_result() in <b>D:\hshome\tiremax67\tiremax.com\checkout_failure.php</b> on line <b>66</b><br />

What does this mean? The order is captured at Authorize.net but when checking out it gives this error.

The following defines Authorize.net FULL TEXT responses...

Primer: The first digit: "**1**":1:1:This transaction has been approved

1 = approved
2 = declined
3 = error
4 = under review

Those are the only possible response codes that you will receive from Authorize.net

The error you are experiencing relates to line 66 on in your confirm.php page I suspect or as it mentions your checkout_failure.php page.

What do you have on line 66 on each of these pages?

I ony have this on line 66 of checkout_failure.php

<p class="eC_OrderInfo">Your transaction could not be completed.<?php echo(AuthNet_Result("Full Response")) ?></p>

The order goes to Authorize.net but something in the shopping cart is not pointing to the success page. I have not changed any of these pages.

Are you in Test mode in both the Local Checkout Behavior and in your Authorize.net Login?

Does your Authorize.net have a BLUE or RED banner?

RED BANNER = Test Mode
BLUE BANNER = Live

The error message means that one of the eCart helper files has not been uploaded to the server. Upload the entire WA_ecart folder to the server to make sure all the needed files are uploaded.

All eCart files are uploaded. I dont have any other files that might need to be uploaded. I have a copy of the confirm.php attached I done in a text file. The only thing I changed on the confirm.php page is where Authorize.net had to be changed to take out of test mode.

When we login to Authorize.net and put it in test mode we seem to get a confirmation number and it works correctly. But as soon as we change Authorize.net from test mode to live mode and do an order we do not get a confirmation and it goes to the checkout_failure.php page. Can you look at the confirm.txt page I have attached and tell me if I did the TRUE and/or FALSE for Authorize.net correctly? Maybe this has something to do with it.

All I know is my customer is very upset waiting for me to get this corrected. I hope you can help me.

The Local checkout server behavior is on this page 6 times. It looks like you have run the checkout wizard multiple times.

The checkout wizard is not re-entrant, if you run it again after crating the checkout pages, it will just add more instances of the server behaviors, this is likely the cause of the issue. In live mode, it is processing the first time successfully, the second and other times, it is seeing a duplicate transaction occur, so is failing.

I would delete the existing checkout pages, then run the checkout wizard once again to create clean checkout pages with only one instance of the server behaviors on it.
