Incorrect value coming when decrypt

I added an encrypted value to the database using the below string. Now I'm trying to decrypt the value, I'm getting incorrect value back.

$InsertQuery->bindColumn("cFinalNum", "s", "".(WA_HashEncryption((isset($_POST["finalGenNumber"]))?$_POST["finalGenNumber"]:"")) ."", "WA_DEFAULT");

Un-encrypted - 4677900024788448
Encrypted: mZ+lqp6ipFCro6yqWKaVpg==

Now, I'm trying to decrypt the value.

<?php echo WA_HashDecryption(($cardListingRs->getColumnVal("cFinalNum"))); ?>

return value: 4677900026817257

Try:
<?php echo WA_HashDecryption(($cardListingRs->getColumnVal("cFinalNum",false))); ?>

Thank you for the quick response.
Unfortuanately that didn't resolve the issue.

It appears to decrypt properly for me when I test locally. I'd need FTP access and a url to test on your server to see why it is acting differently.

Thank you.

I recreated and entire page and it worked.
Might of been some script that was preventing it from working properly.
