Pages not found?

Ray. I know Earthlink is a problem, but can you think of any reason why a page updated to mysqli will display as a page not found with the new i connections?
https://www.tiffanybuyer.com/pages/gold.php has the old mysql connection script and this one is the updated one with new mysqli queries/recordsets but they are saying page not found:
https://www.tiffanybuyer.com/pages/gold2.php

I am wondering if I'm running into a compatibility issue with php 5 vs 7 and mysql i

I'm seeing a blank page... probably one of the files weren't uploaded. Could be a redirect going to a page that doesn't exist. Try adding this to the top of the page:

<?php
ini_set("display_errors",1);
?>

Fatal error: Call to a member function query() on null in /services/webpages/t/i/tiffanybuyer.com/public/webassist/mysqli/rsobj.php on line 213
the rsobj file is up online... .

But this page is showing as NOT found when it is clearly up in the directory:https://www.goldbuyer.com/pages/gold.php

The php error script doesn't show. Just Not Found [CFN #0005]

The query on null error usually means that the connection isn't working properly.

A page not found error has to have something to do with the server. If you gave me ftp access I could try looking into it, but if the page isn't found then changing the code on the page wouldn't make a difference.

I don't see a pages/gold2.php page on the live site. You have gold.php and gold3.php.

yes, I am a bit confused as I'm working on the same set of pages on 4 sites and trying to make copies and update them to the i version. Gold 3 was my attempt but neither page is being found. https://www.goldbuyer.com/gold.php
on tiffany the gold page is displaying https://tiffanybuyer.com/pages/gold.php but not the attempted i version.l
which is https://tiffanybuyer.com/pages/gold2.php that is the one with the mysql error

I can't seem to access any of the pages on the goldbuyer.com site. I tried the testnew.php page and the phpinfo.php page and they don't come up either.

This is an issue for your hosting provider to work on. Maybe the ftp folder is set to the wrong directory?

seems like they are in the right folders. They show time stamped updates and other pages in that directory show up.
https://www.goldbuyer.com/pages/AGSDiamondBuyers.html e.g. I have asked the client to see what is going on with This site, cause the pages are clearly there.

On the tiffanybuyer.com site you are using the connection LiveGold.php for your MySQLi connection, but that connection is MySQL not MySQLi. I think you have to either update that connection or update the page to use LiveGold_i as the connection.
