No eCart option in Server Behaviours or Menu Bar - trying to Clear Cart on page load

I hope you are all safe and well.

I'm trying to add a "clear cart" option on a page to prevent people from having more than one item in their cart at any one time.
I no longer have any eCart menu in DW though - either in the menu bar or in the Server Behaviours panel.

Is this the correct code:

// WA eCart Trigger Clear Cart
if (!$eCartSMC->IsEmpty()) {
if ($Redirect_redirStr != "") {
$eCartSMC->redirStr = $Redirect_redirStr;
$eCartSMC->cartAction = "ClearCart";

Any idea why eCart is no longer showing as a menu option anywhere?
Win 10 Pro, DW 19.2.1

Hope you can help.
Thank you.

Try reinstalling. Perhaps the eCart got removed during a Dreamweaver update.
