Error on forgotten password page

Hi Ray, I upgrade a PowerCMS site last night to PHP7 using the alpha version you supplied, which also has a member login section using SA but I'm having an issue with the SecurityAssist forgotten password page. It sends the email with the link OK, but when you click the link, input your new password and submit, the page doesn't load and the password doesn't update. Error reporting gives the following:

Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; WA_AB_InsertParams has a deprecated constructor in /var/www/vhosts/domain.co.uk/httpdocs/webassist/database_management/wa_appbuilder_php.php on line 120

Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; WA_AB_WhereClause has a deprecated constructor in /var/www/vhosts/domain.co.uk/httpdocs/webassist/database_management/wa_appbuilder_php.php on line 167

Can you advise?

Remove the reference to wa_appbuilder_php.php from that page... it isn't used anymore.

There may be other issues on that page causing it to be blank... deprecated messages won't do that.

Can you provide FTP access and the link you are following? I'll take a look and debug it to get it corrected.

I removed the reference to the file but it's still not working - FTP details in PM.

I can't get in with FTP ... it looks like you might have ip address restrictions preventing me.

We have FTP closed on the server - you need to access it via SFTP on port 2020.

Your connection was updated to MySQLi but the update server behavior on that page wasn't, so it was out of sync. I updated it and it appears to work now.... you will have to generate a new link since I used that one to update the password.

That's great, all working now, many thanks!

Hi Ray, I've just discovered a further issue on the site - emails that I have previously set up aren't sending. I set up a test page and added a new email which sent OK, so I know it's not the server settings that are the problem. I tried removing and re-adding the email behavior but it still doesn't send so I can only think that it's conflicting with something on the existing pages. Would you mind taking a look for me? Same access details as before, page details are in PM.

On the registration page you have a redirect in the insert server behavior that happens before the email server behavior can run. Remove the redirect from the insert and add it to the email server behavior instead.

Some thing on the confirm page... The redirect should be in the email and not the update server behavior.

Thanks Ray, that sorted it!
