I just bought this ray... How do I install ? The installation manager doesn't work in CS2020

I also tried the DMX Ext manager but it doesn't seem to do anything either. It sees the program but doesn't install it. I think some were transferred from DWCS6 or my trials from CC 2017... I don't think they are current. Got an error message on eCart. What does the Menu name look like for Databridge? See attached

Adobe dropped support for their extension manager. You can use one of the free third party solutions like:

PVII is no longer working. Some kind of adobe bug Tried earlier this week. You didn't answer me about the menu picture. Does the new Databridge look like it is installed? Also I tried Anastasiy' s Extension Manager and it too is choking on Adobe. FYI, I'm on a Mac

It sounds like you may have an issue with your Dreamweaver installation... I know that DMXZone and Project VII both work (I use them regularly).

DMX is working with other extensions. Just did something odd with yours. It may have installed them, but I didn't see any rotating circle indicating it being active.

If it installs correctly then the next time you open dreamweaver and open a page it will launch a secondary installer. Then you have to restart dreamweaver one more time for the installation to be complete.

Yes all of our tools rely on the secondary installer completing to copy over all the necessary files.

HI, I installed it and restarted and it did not ask for my serial number. I also found this blank screen when trying to create a connection. Can you view movie? If not I'll upload it to screencast.

That implies that the secondary installer didn't run properly or you didn't restart Dreamweaver after the secondary installer ran. If you post your phone number then I can call you and do screen sharing to make sure everything got installed properly.
