Validate so the only one checkbox must be checked?

Is it possible to set validation so that one or more checkboxes with the same name must be selected?

use Required / Not blank / Selection made validation for the checkbox.

After applying that and not ticking a checkbox I get taken to url?failed - Excellent!!

However when I click one checkbox I get taken to url?failed&failed rather than url?success

Is this because all checkboxes have the same name? They have different ids...
