Jamie

checkout page

Hey Ray

Thanks for your help the other evening, am close to cracking it but still have some issues.

I cant get the validation to work as needed

I have added the 3 extra required fields to confirm.php and confirm_cart.php
When I add something to the cart and go to the checkout page, if I try continue without completing any of the fields, the submission fails but none of the required fields get highlighted as they should. The highlights only show if you then refresh the page.

Also, I dont think the clear validation is working....

Info in PM if you need it

The checkout JS file depends on client validation so it doesn't think it needs to refresh the page. Since you removed the client validation, I updated the paymentoptions.js file to work without client validation. Please let me know if you still have issues.

Jamie

thanks for this and sorry missed your call.
if selecting paypal, and making the necessary req rselections, when you click continue the form fails and then shows the address fields (which are unneeded) which have all failed validation

for some reason, if you select sagepay and complete all the required fields then click 'continue' it seems to fail and remove the validated selection from the 'select your paractice section drop down and the checkboxes

have added a link to a video showing in the pm

The checkout wizard paymentoptions.js file really depends on the client validation. Since that was removed I had to make some updates to the script to account for it. I've done that and I think the page is working how you want it to now.
