Why does it show 'this record has been removed' when trying to insert to Db

Why does it show 'this record has been removed' when trying to insert to Db

I created several DataAssist pages, one being an insert page to add a new record. However, after clicking the insert button, the Details show this record has been removed. The Db table is set up with AI and allows null values. The other pages seem to work correctly.

Insert page attached.

Is the record inserted into the database and just not displayed, or is the insert failing?

The insert is failing. There's no record added.

Probably a required database field isn't being set. If you give me FTP access and a url to test then I could try to figure it out.

The files are online.

The 'results > Detail' and the 'Detail > update' flows don't work, but the Update button from the results page seems to work fine. See PM.

The insert was working. It looks like the recordset that was supposed to be placed on the update page was put on the insert page by accident when the wizard ran. I moved the code and the pages seem to be working now.
