My page is not connecting to my database

Hello,

I hope you had a good weekend!

I am having a connection issue to my database.... I have tried both the user connection I created for the form and the admin connection with global privileges, but neither are working. I've compared the connections file with a comparable one I have that is functioning for one of the other sites I've developed that is hosted on the same platform. However, I cannot find the issue. Can you please help?

Thank you!!

You had the host name specified wrong in your connection file. I thought that was the issue, but it still happens after I updated it. I'd still download the connection file with the update I made.

Maybe send that page to your hosting provider. Based on the error I'd say the database server setting is wrong. Can you see the database when going in through phpMyAdmin? Can you give me access to look there? There seems to be something wrong with your connection information or the server configuration itself.

Hello Ray,

Thanks for trying. I'm perplexed, especially since the settings match the other connections file on another site. See the pm for access information to the phpMyAdmin portal.... Yes, I can log in there with the credentials that match the connections file....

You had:
$domains = explode(",","http://aguair.com");

It should have just been:
$domains = explode(",","aguair.com");

That was causing it to use the local database credentials and why it wasn't working.

I've updated your connection and that page loads now.
