Can I restrict digital item sales to a specified customer

I am looking at selling drone photographs and video in an online forum and I am considering buying PowerStore rather than building my own site. I watched some of your tutorials, but have not seen what I would need yet.

I am picturing after I go on site and take the requested pics, edit them, and then post on line for the customer to view. The customer would know that they must create a user account to do use this service. I would like to be able to upload, price, and describe item like I saw in your tutorials, but these would not be for the entire audience, only the customer that requested them. Did I miss where to specify this or am I after something that is not there.

If it is not already there, is it a function that I could have built in custom? I do have most of your other SQLi, cart, and design extensions, so building myself would not be out of the question if I know where to start.

I think it would be overkill to use Powerstore. I think you could use databridge to create a registration and login and then create a database for pictures and assign them to customers in a back end. Powerstore has so many other features like inventory control, shipping, product catalog, and so much more that wouldn't be applicable to your business. Spend the money on premier support tickets to help you build the custom application you need instead.
