Update Multiple Records question

I am having some issues with the MySQLi Multiple Updates server behavior.

I have created a form with the repeater filed that I want updated, but it's not working. The update isn't taking place - no records are being updated.

I will amend this post and add login of where to start this process.

Thank you.

Hold on ... I think it just worked. I think it had something to do with the order in which the queries on the page were in. I'll test a few more times to make sure.

I *think* at this point it is working, and updating correctly, but I do still have a couple of questions...

1) Is there any way to have the form submit without having to click a submit button? I've tried javascript with <body onload... but it's not working.
2) The page is not redirecting as it should.

I'm reattaching the action page in a zip file as well, as I made a few changes.

Thank you.

I'd need to have a phone call with you to discuss what you want. If you want it updated without a form submit then I think you are probably over complicating it by creating a form at all. Give me a call and we can go through it and get it working optimally.

But I need to update multiple records at once. Will the server behavior work without a form? I will also then need to insert multiple records at once. Same concept. Do these server behaviors require actual form fields in order to work?

Thanks.

That server behavior only works with forms, but I think we can just write a SQL statement that does the work if you don't need form input. Why don't you give me a call and I can help.

Hopefully you will be able to process the page I helped you build. Good luck. (see PM)
