A had a couple of other webmasters who are more familar with DOS Commands who have done quite a bit of testing and comfirm that MySQL and Workbench are talking or listening to 127.0.0.1 at port 3306. Can you assist?

MySQL Connection

Attached is a screen shoot. My database connection is not talking to the tables in MySQL Workbench. All tests shows that MySQL is talking to to 127.0.0.1 port 3306.

That is probably an issue with your Dreamweaver site settings for the testing server that you have defined. Usually this issue occurs if the web server isn't running, or if the testing server URL is set wrong.
