Resolved

OK, so I found that the create wizard had not include <?php require_once("/webassist/ckeditor/ckeditor.php"); ?> at my page top.

Is this a bug in the current release of DA?

Sometimes it just gets placed too low on the page, which is a Dreamweaver issue. I'll look into it to make sure it isn't something that happens consistently. It is possible there is an issue in the latest build. Adding it manually is a good solution in the meantime when this happens.
