Search contains some text rather than an exact match

I want to use DataAssist Search Wizard to produce a search of client data where we wish to see if their name contains some text (eg dav would give dave, david etc) and similarly for the address or postcode. I have used the wizard successfully in the past but for exact matches. How do I do this new type of search.

Many thanks

When setting up the search you can choose the comparison. You have used "=" in the past but you can choose "begins with" or "includes" to do the other types of search.
