Using checkbox to select records in a repeating list

How can you use check boxes in a repeating list to :

1. Select all records in a list showing at one time or
2. Select just some records in a list by clicking on the record line

Then click on a VIEW button to update multiple records selected.

You can use the database search server behavior to filter the results page with the checked items from a previous list. Just name the checkbox with brackets like: name="updateCheck[]" and set the value to the ID of the record in the database.

Then on the results page you can filter based on the submitted value of the "updateCheck" list to show only the checked items.

Then use the Multiple update server behavior to allow update to the items on that page.
