URGENT - The merchant's account is not able to process transactions error after switching to live API credentials
Here's the VAR_DUMP data that's displayed when the transaction fails. Is this just a setting we need to chance in the merchant's PayPal account? We're using the correct API User, Pass and Signature as far as we're aware, this was all working in a separate Sandbox account so I've no idea why it's failing now.

One thing I've noticed in the above DUMP, is that where I've put <MERCHANT E-MAIL/USER>, it isn't the e-mail address that is associated with the merchant's PayPal account. I'm therefore confused as to why that's in there.
Anyway, the site isn't processing transactions and the merchant is, understandably, miffed. Hope you can help.
