Trying to instal DB v2

I'm using DW CC 2020. Downloaded the adobe extension manager CC. On install of DB V2 it reported that extension required DW Version 9 or above. It failed to allow the installationof the extension

What am i missing here please?

The Adobe extension manager doesn't work with CC. You can use a free third party extension manager like: https://www.projectseven.com/products/ex-man/info.htm
