Warning: require_once(/WA_eCart/CCICart_PHP.php): failed to open stream:

Ever since I upgraded to my new computer, I have been getting the error below when trying to access my Index Page on my local server (XAMPP). It has prevented my working locally on some pages.

I am running the following:

Dell Precision 3630
Windows 10 Pro
Dreamweaver 2020 (same thing was happening with 2019)
Xampp - Latest Version with PHP 7.3.12 (clean install)
Latest Webassist Extensions

Other Dynamic Pages are loading fine on Localhost, just not the pages with the WA_eCart Require_Once statement.

I have included an image to show the paths are correct and the files are where they should be. I have tried researching both on Webassist Forums and Google, but have been able to track down my issue. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot.
