Which file sets the path for uploads?

Hi Ray

On one site I use for testing, uploads go to the correct place, but on the real server, users report the following:
------------------------------
The link that it set up for me was <a href="../../home/domain/public_html/upimages/distreps/1150/120/file.pdf"> whereas if I change it to <a href="../../upimages/distreps/1150/120/ file.pdf"> then it does work
------------------------------

My config file has the following line:
$_SESSION['KCFINDER']['uploadURL'] = "upimages/"; //Upload Folder

Might the problem be fixed if I change this to
$_SESSION['KCFINDER']['uploadURL'] = "/upimages/"; //Upload Folder

Unfortunately, I don't have ftp access now to the real site, otherwise I'd try it out!

Cheers
Chris

It may be an issue with an older version of the Framework files giving the wrong path. I'd need FTP access to debug this one.

Hi Ray

Thanks - I don't have ftp access to the live site (which is a real pain!). I can give you ftp access to my test site.

If it's a matter of sending newer files to be uploaded, which would they be?

Cheers
Chris

Potentially the /webassist/framework folder.

FTP access to a site that works wouldn't help. I'd need to be able to reproduce the issue. Its like asking a mechanic to fix a car without seeing the car but you have the same make and model car he can look at that works. It just doesn't help when diagnosing an issue like this.

Te he! You're quite right.

I'll try sending the framework files.

Thanks for your help
