DataAssist sortable columns?
Is there any way using DataAssist to make column headings sortable? Is there a tutorial somewhere for DataAssist? Thanks.

There is a sort server behavior that you can use.
There is an old tutorial on the topic. It should still be relevant:

Perfect! And it's working great. But here's the catch... One of my fields is based on an IF statement, so it could potentially be showing data from one field or the other field.
Basically, this is what is displayed in the recordset table results.
<?php if($to == $sess) {
echo $frm;
} else {
echo $to;
}
My question is ... which field would I actually bind the sort to given this scenario? Ack! :/
Also, I want to use a default sort order, which could complicate things even more. I guess I would have to use an if statement within the query to choose between two queries depending on if a sort order is specified or not? Is this possible?
EXAMPLE: if ((((!isset($_GET["sort"]))?$_GET["sort"]:"") = "")) { — something like this? Would this even work?
Thank you! :)
There is a default order by in the Server Behavior you can use to set the initial sort.
For the dynamic column display you could pass the column name in the url parameter and use it so it wouldn't matter which was being displayed.
My problem is that, in the latest version of Windows 10, the "Select File" box has no radio button labeled File system" and no URL text box or "Parameters" button.
Yes, url parameters have to be added manually now. You can just add them to the url after selecting the page like:
page.php?param=value
You can get the correct syntax for dynamic values can be set using the bindings panel.
