Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call member function query() null /Library/WebServer/Documents/COA/webassist/mysqli/rsobj php:202

I added a form to this website which probably changed a file in the WebAssist folder but now I'm getting this error on a page that has always worked:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function query() on null in /Library/WebServer/Documents/COA/webassist/mysqli/rsobj.php:202 Stack trace: #0 /Library/WebServer/Documents/COA/includes/resmap/Q111.php(26): WA_MySQLi_RS->execute() #1 {main} thrown in /Library/WebServer/Documents/COA/webassist/mysqli/rsobj.php on line 202

Any idea what may be causing this or what may have changed to cause this?

UPDATE

Thanks for your feedback... I checked everything and think I found where the error is. I'll get back to you if this doesn;t fix the error.

This means your connection information is bad for a recordset on that page. Maybe wrong credentials.
