Several Security Assist Issues

I ran security assist and for some reason the helper files with the rules did not have the rules. Since it does not take that long to run, and I was moving to the live database I changed my connection file, delete the WA/securityassist directory , deleted my login, logout, registration and email password files and ran the wizard again with a file open in the directory I expected the new set of files to be created in.
1. The files were all saved to the root with the paths to the root
2. For some reason the connection files were virtual instead of 'requireonce'

I am not sure what is the easiest way to fix this as now I have both bad paths because I moved the files from the root to the directory I wanted them to be in and responded yes, update file yet still some of the files have bad paths and I also have the virtual issue AND when I attempted to fix the path issue I am still having trouble logging in so I believe I may also have session issues AND I had a users table I wanted to use and somehow I must have missed that the wizard was creating a new table for me.

Should I just once again delete the files and start over? If so, what do I need to do to ensure I get require once vs virtual and ensure that the login and other pages will be created in a directory verses the root so the path to all the webassist files will be correct?

Thank you,

Delete the files and try again. Make sure you have a page open from a defined site. Make sure your dreamweaver site definition is set to use "document relative" instead of "site relative" links. That should fix these issues.
