Form works on Ipad but not on Windows system

Hi there,

I have a site with a form. When I fill in the form on Windows it fails. In this example the question was is fire hot or cold. I responded hot. but it did not work. I checked the php session dump and saw this:

array(3) { ["SubmitCount"]=> int(1573249461) ["random_question"]=> string(31) "Which day comes before tuesday?" ["random_answer"]=> string(6) "monday" }

What do I need to do?

I'd have to debug it. Can I get a url and ftp access? It could be an issue with session variables on the site.

Thanks for the response

Hi Ray,

I will attach a private text file with the info you requested. Thank you for the quick response. The page is contactUs.php. I tried the form on my IMac and it worked there as well.

It appears this script is causing the issue:
<script type="text/javascript" src="dmxAppConnect/dmxAppConnect.js"></script>

When I remove that line the page functions properly. I'm not sure if you need it.

It appears that script is removing the form button from the submitted values, so the "Button Press" events in the server behaviors won't work.

You can either remove that line, or update your server validation and email server behaviors to use the "any form post" trigger instead.
