Warning: POST Content-Length of 26409462 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes in Unknown on line 0

Hi the I'm getting this issue uploading and small video via upload file. Why I am getting this and what should I do to have success upload file ?
This massage is throw in localhost. But in live server it goes empty.

You would have to update the php.ini file to allow a larger post. The two settings involved are post_max_size and upload_max_filesize. upload_max_filesize sets the max file size that a user can upload, and post_max_size sets the maximum amount of data that can be sent via a POST in a form.
