I'd need to see a copy of the page that isn't working to diagnose why. If it is a problem only with this one site, then I couldn't tell you what it is without looking at the site that has the issue.

Can you attach an actual copy of the page as well as the menu include files it uses? I'd need that to try to make sure I'm reproducing what you are seeing with the same file structure in my dreamweaver.
