Warning: Use of undefined constant als - assumed 'als' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in C:\xampp\htdocs\FaithCentre\logon.php on line 12

I'm getting this warning on my logon page... how do I fix it so it won't error out in later PHP versions?
