Email Form Errors: WA_MAILOBJ has a deprecated constructor & Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function split()

Dear Webassist Support Team,

I have 5 form email pages affected by common errors on four websites that had to be migrated from a hosing company that was bought out to a new hosting company. Attached is my configuration, errors and answers that I found on Webassist website and my code.

1. WA_MAILOBJ has a deprecated constructor

2. Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function split()

I am not in a “rush” to get this repaired, but I just need some guidance to get it done correctly. Hopefully, there are not more errors beyond that.

Regards,

Kevin Watts

The best solution for this problem is to upgrade to DataBridge v2 and then use that to update the email server behavior on the page. That will update the code to php7 compatible code.
