Repeat Region form only updating first record.

Repeat Region form only updating first record.

I have a form that is using a repeat region to create multiple forms. I've done this before and it seemed to work. This time I've tried to create the update several times with the same results. The ID is in a hidden form element with the recordset value. I'm not sure what I'm missing here but this is kicking my butt. All the forms will submit, but don't update the database. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've attached the file.

I was able to fix this issue. I created each update element one at a time. I can't see any difference in the code. Everything seems to be identical to the the page that wasn't working.
