PHP time with your Recordset paging to create slideshow possible ?

I created a feature in a web page using your Recordset paging function. I want it to iterate thru the records after a certain time to run as a slideshow. Do I have to change it to Javascript or is it possible to create it with just a php timer function? You can see the page below and only on the first box you'll see the arrows to scroll.

Also, it jumps to to the top of the page when scrolling. I would like to get rid of that as well.

Thank you.

I don't see pagination.... usually a slideshow would require some sort of javascript for the smoothest transitions, but it could probably be done with pure PHP and AJAX using webassist plugins and the load plugin to div Behavior. AJAX would prevent the scrolling to the top when navigating since the whole page wouldn't refresh, just the div wrapper.
