paypal express errors

I have read some of the other solutions and set up the debug mode plus the error report mode. Please see Edited Private for link.
I suspect it is the user/pass/sig from client that is in error. I have asked her to check it again.

Security header is not valid in the debug shows that the issue is with the username, password, or access key.

I suggest not using sandbox at all. Sandbox requires a different username, password, and access key and requires you to log in and check out with a sandbox account. Since paypal refunds all fees with refunded transactions, I'd suggest adding a $1 item to the cart so you can test live and just refund the transaction once you get it working.

I am not using debug. I have inserted a test code per one of Jason's earlier suggestions.

That message is fine... there is no such thing as test mode on the paypal site... that is something that is controlled in your php scripts.

You just have to make sure she is giving you the correct live credentials.

I am guessing her PayPal set up is the issue. She is running 4 physical stores so her attention is hard to get. I’ll keep trying to get her to respond. Thanks for the help.

Maybe see if she will send you her paypal login information so you can get the information yourself.... she can always change the password once you are done or temporarily change it to give you access.

If you send me FTP access and a URL then I'll debug it. If that is the error message, then it is definitely saying that your credentials are wrong. I'm wondering if it might be in sandbox somehow? I'll need to debug it actively.
