Captcha Images are uploaded but not showing?

I have applied captcha and validation to a contact form, uploaded all related files, however, when I view it in the browser, the captcha image is missing. I've attached all of the files. Can you direct me on what I might be missing.

Please provide a url to reproduce the issue and FTP access to debug. Usually it is an issue with files not being uploaded, or GD Library not being installed on the server.

The error at the bottom of the page is the source of the problem:

Warning: Unknown: open(/home/content/03/10641003/tmp/sess_36pp5192udira6laohoh2shqm4, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2)

This means your session_save_path setting in your php.ini file is wrong. You will probably want to contact your hosting provider to fix this issue. I made it so the captcha image appears, but it still won't validate until sessions are fixed and working properly on the server.

Thank you Ray, I will contact GoDaddy to get it figured out.

I spoke to GoDaddy and they are telling me that they cannot do anything with the php.ini file. They did say that this clients php version is 5.6 which is the highest this platform will go. They can upgrade their hosting plan to c panel which will bring the php version to 7.2 I believe. Do you think this error is coming from the php version being too low to support Captcha?

That doesn't sound right. They must not have understood the question... Let me help you make this easier for them.

I created this page: http://www.arisbeststeakhouse.com/debug.php

It is a single line of code that causes an error so that session variables won't work on your site. Show that page to the hosting provider's support team and ask them to fix that problem without upgrading the php version or hosting plan. I don't see how they can claim that is outside of the scope of your plan at that point.

Thanks Ray. I’m on with godaddy now. It’s hit or miss with them in terms of knowledge base. I think I have someone that knows what they are doing now!
