How to hide checkout radio buttons without tether ?

Hi there, I'm trying to hide the radio buttons on the checkout.php but it got tether. For some reason it won't let it go to land to PayPal website. I'm using style display none just for hide it because I only have PayPal standard. So I want to keep it hidden while I owe PayPal pro. Is there any option to do this. For example turn on PayPal option by default insted of credit card. I checked PayPal option but it is not working properly. It looks like required by some JavaScript maybe.

I can't tell you why it isn't working from the description alone. Is there a URL where I can see the problem?

I updated the paymentoptions.js file so that you can set paypal as the default payment provider and hide the div and it works properly now.
