datassist generated pages - adding photo

If the form has a file uploaded,to database would like to do the following
insert - show thumbnail of file being upload 150x150

update , display show the file already uploaded. 150x150 max

results show smaller thumbnails ay 120 x120 or sm alter

any ideas how I can achieve this
struggling to get started or get out of the starting blocks
could someone help please help me thanks

Use: Webassist->Image Resizer

Just set the height and width in the image tag and it will automatically resize the actual image and cache it when it is displayed.
