I can't seem to reproduce this.
Please:
1) Reinstall the extension to make sure you have the latest version.
2) If you still have the problem post your phone number or Skype contact information and I'll call you to do screen sharing to reproduce this and help debug it.

I just updated the extension to address the issues you reported on the MAC. Please reinstall and let me know if you still run into errors.

result and detail pages for 2 sep tables are missing the sql and the like prior to the DOCTYPE

whengenating pages on 2. tables show js error click ok and the whole process stops update page - just a skeleton page generated

The first error implies that it wasn't connecting to the database properly when the wizard ran. I'll need to do another screen share in order to look into this with you. Please contact me via skype.
