update & inserts redirecting incorrectly

Hey Ray

Have got a situation that a site that was done a couple of years ago, has insert and update pages (examples attached) which should be redirecting to the results pages but are only redirecting to themselves. This seems to be across all the pages in the admin.

Not sure what may have changed or needs updating to get it back to 'normal'?

It is probably a blank line of code in one of the includes causing the redirects to fail. I'd need FTP access to debug. I'd probably add <?php die("test"); ?> after each include and view source after adding it and see if there are any blank lines and narrow down which include causes the problem. Then look at that file and figure out the exact location.
