Do powerstore sites have the image file that suggested some security concerns in virus scans the same as the CMS sites?

I confirmed that the images/installed.jpg is no longer on this server therefore I believe that is our problem.

We put the installed.jpg file back on the server however I would like to get the update for this to avoid the related issues.
Additionally I have one page that does not display and have provided the details in the PM

I replaced the files on the baltezoreperformancehorses.com with the latest that doesn't use that file.
