dynamic dropdown dialog broken icons. How to fix?

Hello all,
I don't know why, but suddendly, dreamweaver CC displays broken icons image instead of the "+" or "-" buttons on the dynamic dropdown dialog box. See attachment.
Is there a way to fix this?

That is the old Dreamweaver Dynamic Dropdowns interface from Adobe. Reinstall Data Bridge v2 and it should be replaced with ours and fix this problem... you probably have the old Adobe Deprecated Server Behaviors extension installed and did a Dreamweaver update and it reinstalled all of your extensions and overwrote ours. You can remove that extension entirely so this won't happen again. All of the old Server Behaviors are included with DataBridge as well as our updated new ones.

I reinstalled the MySQLi sb and it works now.
