Security Assist Crashes Dreamweaver 2019 Mac

Hello,
Every time I try to create a security rule with Dreamweaver 2019, it causes Dreamweaver to crash.
Any ideas what may be causing the issue and how to fix?
I have uninstalled the extensions and reinstalled several times. I am using DataBridge and Ecart.
