Is it possible to have the same plugin twice?

Hi, I have a doubt. I would like to use the same php file for other pupurpose. For example: checkout.php includes confirm_cart.php in a plug-in so I pretend to use it again in checkout.php to reload the shipping rate on change the menu list. Is this possible with framework ?

Yes. In fact that is done by default by the code on the page generated by the checkout wizard. Any time the shipping information changes the cart is updated to reflect new shipping charges.
