P tag does not work in the htlm editor.

I can't get the p tag to work in my html editor.
There is no p tag surrounded when starting writing, and no p tag when I press the return key - instead it becomes a br-tag.
Now I have to code the p tag manually, which I shouldn't have to do.
What have I missed here?

Go to:

/webassist/ckeditor/config.js

You will find this line:
config.enterMode = CKEDITOR.ENTER_BR;

change it to:
config.enterMode = CKEDITOR.ENTER_P;

That should make it use <p> tags instead of <br> tags when you hit return.
