Why does admin detail page show record has been removed?

In previous posts this issue was related to missing records in the database and/or incorrect sql joins.

I've compared the admin detail page recordsets to the website's detail page recordsets (which don't have the error), and they look the same.

Also confirmed the database has the necessary related key fields.

After many JOIN attempts as well, I haven't found a solution. It only happens on a few records, and only on the detail page. The admin search results and update page don't have this error.

Your recordset uses all INNER JOIN statements when adding the prodtype, lubetype, prodsize, and contsize tables. So if any of those tables don't have a related record, then no results would show.

I updated it to use LEFT OUTER JOIN instead and now a record is returned on that page. You would have to check those 4 tables to see which one is missing an entry for this product.
