CSS Sculptor 3 error message

I just downloaded and installed Eric Meyer's CSS Sculptor 3.0 in Dreamweaver CS4 on Windows Vista and everything went fine until I activated the product. once successfully activated I got the following error message:

I've looked for the file mentioned in the message and it doesn't exist on my hard drive. I would really appreciate some assistance in figuring this problem out!

Error message under CSS SCULPTOR 3.0.0

I have the same error message as you do. I tried to dig into the wacs_quickinsert.js and tried to comment out the function hasAutoSave() and subsequent lines in the if{} condition, but with NO SUCCESS. It generated new errors.

I think that the staff at WA is urged to correct this problem soonest and inform us so that we can take advantage of SCULPTOR 3.0.0.

Thks in advance for correcting this problem.

Deleting Cache works fine

Just wanted to let you know that I had the same two errors on load after downloading the new Eric Myer CSS Sculptor 3. I'm running DW-CS3 on a Vista Ultimate 64bit system. After following the link above and deleting cache per instructions, everything is working just fine.

same probelm with sculptor 3

same problem as the other users ... had to delete the WinFileCache....dat file

I have had about 2 hours of problems with webassist extensions today and am a bit fed up. Stuff took a bit to setup in CS3 but now I'm going through more problems with CS4.

I am not a newbie, have been working with web products and creating materials for 10 years now. Originally I thought Webassist would be helpful to me as I work as a freelancer and am often called upon to create "quick" inexpensive sites for clients. I have owned Sculptor and Site assist pro for about 5 months ... I think if you offered a 30 day trail (like Adobe) I would not have purchased the software ... your 15 day money back return is just not sufficient considering the effort to install, and ferret-through, the patch-work of documentation and tutorials you offer. But I spent the money and the bullet is mine to bite.

Considering the cost of your products I'm surprised at the amount of software problems, lack of comprehensive documentation, non-existent tutorials that webassist presents.

I am not a happy user
