Activation Error

For some reason, I am being asked to activate my Digital File pro??? I have had it for 12 months - Yesterday, was asked to activate and again today ????
Now I get a tick - Serial number verified, then an Error - Unexpected error 0 - Acivation cannot be completed.

Nothing has changed here.

The activation error 0 was caused by one of our servers. This should be fixed now. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Serial numbers

I have similar error.
I have a new computer running windows 8 I have been installing my web assist tools as I have needed them. I tried to install "Digital File Pro" but I got an error "activation cannot be completed." usually this error can be fixed by using a separate serial number but in this case there is only one, so I can't activate it. I have tried resetting activations and this has not worked, any help in this matter would be gratefully received.
Thanks

Universal Email 4 and Data assist

I am trying to create a cms system using "Data assist" I created a page that will update a database table but it will only upload text, I want to change a field so that it will become an image field, will the functionality of Universal Email 4 allow me to do this?

If it will, Is there a tutorial somewhere which will show me how to upload an image using Universal Email 4?

Yes, Universal Email contains all the functionality of Digital File pro.

to access the file upload behavior go to insert -> WebAssist -> File Manipulation -> File Upload.

I tried your suggestion but "WebAssist -> File Manipulation -> File Upload" brings up the "Digital file pro" interface and asks for its password which of coarse does not work!
Can you tell me where I'm going wrong?

Did you uninstall Digital file pro, then install Universal Email 4?
