Problem inseting multiple records

Problem inseting multiple records

I am trying to create a page where a user can upload multiple images and have the records insert in to a table all in one go. I have followed the solution recipe to the letter but no matter what I do (and I have tried it countless times) I just keep getting this error.

Cannot use Request.Form
/newwebsite/cms_files/_cms_admin_image_add_multiple_upload.asp, line 100
Cannot use Request.Form collection after calling BinaryRead.

This refers to code on the page which looks like this

' WA DataAssist Multiple Inserts

THIS IS LINE 100 if (cStr(Request.Form("Submit")) <> "") then

WA_loopedFields = Array("MainCategoryID", "CategoryID", "ImageFilename")
WA_connection = MM_connContent_STRING
WA_table = "Images"
WA_redirectURL = "_cms_admin_image.asp"
WA_keepQueryString = false
WA_fieldNamesStr = "MainCategoryID|CategoryID|ImageFilename"
WA_columnTypesStr = "none,none,NULL|none,none,NULL|',none,''"
WA_insertIfNotBlank = "ImageFilename"
WA_fieldNames = Split(WA_fieldNamesStr,"|")
WA_columns = Split(WA_columnTypesStr,"|")
WA_multipleInsertCounter = 0

and so on...

This is the code that insert multiple records puts in so not clear what needs changing?

Or else am I trying to do something that is not going to be possible?

When uploading files, the Request.Form object is no longer allowed, if you are using Digital File pro, it will create a WA_DFP_UploadObj.Form collection to use in stead.

any where that uses the Request.Form collection, will need to be edited to use the WA_DFP_UploadObj.Form collection instead.

change line 100:
if (cStr(Request.Form("Submit")) <> "") then

to:
if (cStr(WA_DFP_UploadObj.Form("Submit")) <> "") then

OK, I bought a copy of Digital File Pro to handle this but the 'upload' option is greyed out from the inserty menu, and does not appear at all in the server behaviours menu.

I can not see how to apply this upload facility.

If it is Digital File Pro V2, you will need to use a PHP page. Digital File Pro V2 is not ASP compatible.

In which case it is no good to me, I have just wasted $50.

Is there an earlier version that I can use with ASP.

Looking in your order history, you already own Digital File pro V1, you will need to use that version for ASP support.

OK, will try that.would you mind giving me a credit for v2. since I do not code in PHP and therefore have no use for it.

I have tried doing this using digital file pro 1 but every time I try to open this extension it crashes dreamweaver.

I am using version 1.1.0

Is there a later version 1 available?

I know you no longer support ASP extensions but I really need to get this working so if there is anything you can do to help I would appreciate it.

No, that is the latest version of Digital File Pro V1.

Try deleting the Dreamweaver Cache File from the users configuration folder:

I deleted the cache but still get the same issue, every time I try to apply the Digital File Pro to the page it crashes Dreamweaver.

Can you see if there is anything obviosuly causing the issue with this file?
