SOLVED: Multiple Insert issue: Undefined index: wamultihidden_1 on latest DataBridge 2.3.5

Hi Ray,
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or if it is a bug in the extension.

I'm using Dreamweaver CC 19.0.1 / 11193 Build and just downloaded latest DataBridge 2.3.5 and still having the same issue that I experienced with the previous 2.3.4
I'm trying to use the insert multiple behavior and once applied I get the error: Notice: Undefined index: wamultihidden_1 in C:\wamp64\www\telas\login\test-insert-multiple.php on line 10 when submitting the form.

I'm attaching the test page to see if you can see where the problem is. I have created both the repeated selection and multiple insert using the DataBridge 2.3.5 version.
As usual, keep up the excellent work!

I got it working! Extension works like a charm, I was using the wrong tools.
For all of other users the way to go is by using the top menu WebAssist > MySQLi > Repeat Selection to wrap the <tr> and </tr> tags with loop, then go back to top menu WebAssist > MySQLi > Data Management > Multiple Inserts.
That's it. I got confused with the right side panel Server Behaviors, mixing both top menu and side panel probably. Anyway. Thanks!

I'm attaching the fixed PHP page now (test-insert-multiple2.php)
